A major UK Insurance Company’s single view analytics & customer view

Our client had a pressing and immediate need for better understanding of its customer acquisition model.

The challenge:

The client had very little clarity on how potential clients were searching for their products and what process they might be following to conversion. They had even less understanding of what other products these clients might also require.

Our brief was to analyse the wealth of data sources (some clean, some “hostile”) and bring them together in one place in a clear, navigable and concise presentation.

The solution:

We used Data Studio Reports to present the data, but our challenge was the actual sourcing & harvesting of the myriad of live data sources in a secure and compliant way.

We were able to trawl and harvest data (off-site and on-site) relating to the entire sales funnel right up to conversion, providing the client with a clear picture of where business was coming from, what sales methods were most effective &, importantly, most profitable.

The future:

We are currently working with the client to produce a single customer view that better represents a customer’s entire service offering - both actual and potential.
