An ongoing user data strategy for one of the world’s foremost concert promoters

We’ve been looking after these guys for years! They harvest colossal amounts of user data through ticket sales, merchandise purchases & newsletter sign-ups and we’re regularly required to review this data and give the users contained on it the opportunity to see what’s on the database and opt-in or out as well as choose how they’d like to be contacted in future and about what artists or venues.

There is a huge satisfaction to be had in taking an enormous database about which little is known and rendering it fully GDPR compliant and, by turns, more useful and practical.
